Registration Notes: 1. Non-Members must pay an additional $5 fee this year, as well as fill out a required WEEKEND MEMBERSHIP FORM on site before registering.
2.
To receive
email confirmation of your entry, be sure to include your correct email
address. 2. Please
don't forget to click the SEND button after completing the form! Until you
have clicked that button and been sent to the confirmation page, your information
has not been sent. 3. If
you don't receive confirmation and/or see your name on the Registration List
within 24 hours after sending your registration, it probably either didn't
get sent or you left out some key information. 4. Multiple
drivers in the same car in the same heat will not be permitted. Sorry for the
inconvenience, but it's a lot more convenient for everyone else! 5. Junior drivers are required to pre-register. This is to help us better prepare for them. 6. You will still be required to check in with the event registrar (well before the beginning of your heat and/or before registration closes at 12:30 pm) at the event to pay your fee and sign the appropriate waiver(s). 7. The table below lists the standard worker schedule. Please consider what heat you will be required to work before you sign up to drive. 8. It's a good idea to check the Registration List to make sure the spot you're after isn't already taken. However, the list is only updated daily, so it may not be 100% current. |

Site-Specific
Notes: 1. The airport runway that we will be using is going to be shared with a flying club that uses gliders. It is extremely important that you DO NOT wander on the site. We are allowed to use one section, and pretty much one lane access to the site. You must stay on our section only! 2. While driving to the paddock/grid area at the south end of the runway, you will be instructed to stay along the left (eastern) side. If the course is in use, or the gliders are using the runway, you will not be allowed to drive on the runway, and you will need to be held up until a break in the action can be arranged. |
