[Wichita-SCCA] Needed -- New Wail Editor

While we're on the subject of the new issue of the Wail, the July issue will
unfortunately be my last. The Wail is a lot of fun to put together
(seriously!) but my schedule has been bad and it's only going to get worse.
I need to take a step back from several things, including Solo, until
probably the last month or so of the season. I'll continue to represent your
interests on the Board of Directors but have to hand the Wail off to someone
else. One of you now has the opportunity to put your own stamp on this
newsletter and have some fun with it.
