[Wichita-SCCA] April 6th Solo Event

Paul Sherman has agreed to be the Event Chair for this event.  The site 
has some great potential.  However, it will bea little difficult to 
organize the "traffic flow" to the actual site of the course.  We will 
be needing an extra "checkpoint" as people come in to control that 
traffic, and to also sign the waivers.  We have been encouraged to be 
EXTREMELY careful, as the runway will possibly be active with a Glider 
Club.  You must not drive on the runway unless told to by an official on 
site.

Bill Seed has been so helpful, allowing us to use this site for free.  
He has also graciously allowed us to use an on-site bathroom, saving us 
about $100 or so in porta-potty expenses.  Please be respectful of this 
site and other people that are using it.  We don't want to lose this 
site as a place to hold our events.

The following positions are filled:
Safety Steward:        Guy Roberts
Onsite Registrar:        Lu Geis

We would like to have volunteers to help us fill the following positions:
*Trailer Tow:*  (we will want the trailer on site the Saturday before 
the event)
(***Trailer Tower now receives a free solo that can be used at any time, 
and $30 in cash at the event***)
*Tech Inspection:*
*Traffic Checkpoint:

*As usual, early set-up volunteers are extremely helpful.  The course 
should be set up on Saturday before the event, but the trailer and 
timing equipment still takes a while to set up.  Please come out and help!*

*Other normal work assignments will be assigned on site as usual.*
