[Wichita-SCCA] Registration for Strother info

PLEASE NOTE THIS:

    It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you pre-register online for all Solo events at Strother Field.  This will likely be true at all Sunflower Aerodrome events as well.

Registration at the site CLOSES before the 1st heat starts running so the ability to register at the event itself is very limited.  The book will be closed by 10:30 AM.

Don't drive up at noon expecting to enter.
