[Wichita-SCCA] New rules at the Starbird show?

Hi all,

Today's edition of the Wichita Eagle has a letter to the editor from a fellow complaining about new rules and bad treatment for both spectators and entrants at the recent Starbird Custom Car show.  Just out of curiosity, what was he talking about?
