[Wichita-SCCA] Competition w/ other regions

Your enthusiasiam is great and I hope you can make this work. 1st in order 
is you will need to convince the  Wichita Region SCCA Board that there is 
enough support to make this happen. The biggest problem is a site and 
insurance. Then who will get the necessary approvals from the National 
office. Followed by proper Stewards both for the event and Safety. So where 
do you start? Go to the next Wichita Region Board meeting and bring Drifting 
up for discussion. Again good luck.
