[Wichita-SCCA] Competition w/ other regions

Thomas,
I would go on those 2 websites, contact the people in charge of those
events, and try to get information about how they got started, found
sites, etc... If they are anything like our members, they will probably
give you lots of great information, and get you started with a plan as
to how to go about starting this up.
