[Wichita-SCCA] Competition w/ other regions - drift drivers

I have seen one amature drifting competition, or maybe it was just practice.
It was on a parking lot at Willow Springs Raceway in California. The area
used was much smaller than our autocrosses, and the course looked like an
oval with kinks (about 8 cones total). I suspect it was just a practice, but
there were two cars on course at a time. There were no spectators, and I
would bet it was not a sanctioned event.
