Did you know the google search is also a calculator?  Paste this

pi * (.5 * 4)^2 * 3.48 * 8

in the regular old google search box, click on search, and you get the
"exact" displacement of a Chevy 350.

Neat, huh?

To insert your own values, the "4" is the cylinder bore diameter, the
3.48is the crankshaft stroke, and the 8 is the number of cylinders.
Then you
can experiment with, say, what if I overbore by .030??  or .060?

To find the rolling distance of a tire, measure the tire height (in my case,
29.25), and simply "search"

pi * 29.25
