[Wichita-SCCA] Speaking of sites

I'm sure that if we wanted to use that pad, we could find enough 
volunteers to "modify" the entrance.

As for Bill Seed, once the Site Acquisition Committee is in place, and 
the site is deemed acceptable, we will find out if he still holds a 
grudge or if he would like to create a new relationship.  That's what 
the Committee is all about.
