[Wichita-SCCA] Speaking of sites

There is a training pad in the aerial photo of the site. It is the lighter
color concrete. It belongs to the state. However, the ramp to access it
without going on Bill Seed's property is abrupt, and I believe my Corvette
(and other cars) would catch it's nose or high center. Bill must be getting
fairly old. Maybe he's mellowed?
