[Wichita-SCCA] Speaking of sites

I remember a solo out there in the early 1990's (in my first Miata  
days). It was a wide open, flat out course. Grass off course was an  
issue for workers, was in dire need of mowing. I also remember  
officers at the time talking about problems with the owner. I don't  
know any of the details, but I believe that caused the club to look  
toward Hallett for club racing.
