[Wichita-SCCA] Speaking of sites

Greg Moyer and I visited the site on Tuesday. the runway to the eastis
broken up badly, but the taxiway is 150 feet or more wide by over a mile. It
is asphalt with grass growing in the seams, but is surprisingly smooth.
