[Wichita-SCCA] Apology to the list.

I want to offer an apology specifically to Greg Reno, and to all others that
I have offended over the last few posts.

I have been frustrated by the posts about HPT events in conflict to the
Wichita Region events, and yes, that includes AVRG events.
