[Wichita-SCCA] CHANGES!

Thanks  Bruce;
Leave this as an open forum. Give us a chance to make up our own minds. I 
would go to to Topeka wether the Kansas region set an email or not. Just 
makes it easier for me to sign up. I try to support the Wichita region, but 
I also have spent a lot of time and money to run at the National level. I 
need time on the HPT site to set up my car and hone my skills. It helps our 
region to have Drivers who can compete at the higher levels and some of 
those skills need to be worked on at other sites and types of courses. I'll 
miss hanging with my firends at Strother this weekend.
