[Wichita-SCCA] What to cry?

It's not possible to total that valuable of a car, especially one with the
relatvely minor damage that this one experienced. It will be rebuilt. The
insurance company will probably have a $100,000 repair bill to pay but they
will insist upon repair rather than to shell out $1.2 million or more to
total it.

That's what I was thinking too. Everyone kept saying "totalled" adn I
though, wow, that sure didn't look like a million dollars worth of damage.
But Ferrari-red paint may be kinda expensive. ;^)
And did you see the understeer? His wheels were cocked all the way right,
but the spinning rear wheels were still pushing the car forward. Whoops.
Can you say "driver-induced understeer"? I'm betting his foot hit the brake
and gas pedals at the same time which isn't out of the realm of possibility
given the narrowness and close proximity of pedals in most Italian
sportscars.
