[Wichita-SCCA] Forum - New Recent Posts section!

[Webmaster]

Easy now.  This was something I had to find that someone else had done 
(poorly, might I add), and I took their code as a jumping off point, and 
made it look a lot better.  Keep in mind this is the forum supplied 
through our web page.  Any changes require writing HTML code.  I will 
entertain your opinions, but I can't promise anything.
