[Wichita-SCCA] Forum - New Recent Posts section!

If you haven't been to the Forum in the past hour, then you probably 
haven't noticed that I made a pretty neat change.  I was able to add a 
new "Recent Topics" section on the main page that shows the most recent 
posts that have been submitted.  So, there's no excuses (for me at 
least).  You can go in there, and see what people are saying, no matter 
the category, right there on the front page.  Enjoy!
