If you switch on the hybrid view you will see Lot L in the South East
corner and look close you will see tire marks from autocrosses at that
site.  The event hotel is usually a good bet for price.  According to
the event flyer at MyAutoEvents the Event Hotel is the Holiday Inn
across the street from the event site.  They have rooms blocked at $75
but the deadline is the 10th for that rate.  I've been able to get a
good deal at Amerisuites in Overland Park on weekends (usually about 50%
of their normal week rate) for the past several years.

>From experience I ask that as soon as you know for certain that you're
going, please pre-register for the event.  It helps greatly with the
planning to know how many people are going to attend.  I had to really
scramble this year when the entry list for our Divisional jumped by 20
in the last four days that registration was open.  We almost ran out of
seats at the banquet because of this.

I doubt that I'll be able to go to the event.  My car probably won't be
ready by then and spending the $$$ it's going to take to get it ready
will probably keep me from attending anyway.  I hope you guys can go,
it's worth the trip.

Thomas and I are heading to KC for the midiv the end of the month... I
need some info... where EXACTLY is Arrowhead... I've never been there
myself and I wanna know a close Addy to it so I can google it or map
quest it since I will be driving the tail car (the Saturn) up there and
Thomas has a lead foot LoL Anyway, I know last day to register is 21st
(I hope we have everything together by them) plus I'd like to know what
are some good hotels in the area, easy on the price, or is there a hotel
that has a deal for people coming up for this event. THANKS!!!
