[Wichita-SCCA] Wild West World

I am wondering how someone can be have such a vision of Wild West World and then not have enough vision to make sure they have enough capitol/cash to get the park up, running and operating for more then 60 days.

I would like to try to contact them about possibly using some of their 
lots for events, however I know that this is going to be a sensitive 
time right now. Does anyone have any inside connections into the site, 
or the people involved, that I could at least get my feet in the door with?
