I think the idea of either the Wichita Region, AVRG or both buying a barrier is something that should be talked about in the respective board meetings.  Keep in mind all and any barriers that are not paid for by someone will for the most part be paid for by the Wichita Region and AVRG.  We are Hallett's biggest customer and we (through track rental) pay for most stuff added to the track one way or an other.  We might as well get our name one of the ones we pay for.
