[Wichita-SCCA] FW: Barriers at Hallett

Since club racing is run under the sponsorship of the AVRG (Ark Valley
Race Group), wouldn't it be more appropriate for the AVRG BoD to
finance advertising at Halett?  (AVRG has their own checkbook, income,
and expenses)

Wichita Region AVRG board members for 2007 are:  Keith Pfautz, Scott
Bettinger, and Paul Sherman.
