[Wichita-SCCA] Bounces

I've been using gmail for a year or so, and within the last couple days this
list inactivated me due to bounces (WTF).  I had to reactivate myself
manually.  So Cox isn't the (only) culprit.

To completely geek out - from what I've heard, there has been an ongoing
DDOS attack on the 13 main Internet DNS servers (the rest of them cache the
data from those main 13) for the past few days.  If you've noticed sites you
usually have no problem accessing sometimes coming up slowly or not at all,
only to show up fine a few moments later, this is why.  Maybe these are
related?
