[Wichita-SCCA] Bounces

I have no idea why the mail list is doing these bounces.  The 
descriptions say something silly like "cox.net is not a valid domain".  
Ummm... the rest of the world says it is.  Maybe they are having issues, 
or changes.  I don't know.  I've had to go in and reset several accounts 
manually, and I will try to stay on top of it.  If you receive bounce 
notices, you can just ignore them, because I receive notices as well 
whenever there is a problem.  If it continues, I'll try to contact 
someone, but that's not that easy.
