[Wichita-SCCA] Winter projects

I love all the winter project stories.

 

Here is mine:

 

Looks out in his empty garage because he cannot make up his mind what kind
of car to buy..<looks forlorn>

We sold Rachael's 300Z and I gave her the Mazda P5 to drive last year while
I was in New York. I still cannot make up my mind

About a car. I need to soon though to have a chance at ordering one. My
local Pontiac dealer says can get me a Solstice with

The Clubs Sports Package? I just need to tell him. Looked at some other cars
that might be good HS cars, I do want a new car though 

Not looking to buy used.

My winter projects include:
- throw away the junk that has accumulated on top of the car since it
returned from Hallett at the end of October--> 90% complete
- sell car --> 100% complete
- de-sticker exterior--> 5% complete
- replace blown front strut mounts before driving it to Chicago for
delivery--> 25% complete (parts have been bought)
- gather up motivation to replace front strut mounts--> 0% complete
- charge battery, change oil, drain water/add anti freeze, etc in
preparation for trip to Chicago --> 0% complete
- load car with all the Saturn related goodies going with the car --> 0%
complete
- drive car to Chicago for delivery --> pending 2/15/07
- park daily driver in garage --> pending 2/15/07
 
Looking at the calendar- AH!  I'm quickly approaching 2/15/07.  I better get
off my butt and get this thing done.
