[Wichita-SCCA] Corvair report

We're back from the national Corvair convention that was in Detroit last week. I drove my silver coupe that I autocross. It ran great the whole time and didn't throw a belt or roll over. We had a time trial at Waterford Hills, where I finished second in class and won a special "Fastest Street Driven" award. At the autocross, I finished first in class by 0.009 seconds. Everyone was complaining about how sandy and slippery the surface was. I guess running at Beechcraft has its advantages :^).

We also toured the GM Heritage Center. There were a few Corvair show cars and about 15 Corvette show cars among the collection we saw. There was also several "Last Ones" including the last Chevette. Maybe someday it will be worth something.
