[Wichita-SCCA] Auto-x finish gone wrong

I remember working one of the Riverfest Solos downtown.  Two things stand
out:  A v8 vega that some questions were asked how it passed tech because
the glasspacks were dragging the ground sufficiently for the fiberglass to
be falling out.  There was one driver who was interviewed on TV, and I
remember him commenting that he had no idea where to set his tire pressure,
this was the only event he ran on 3 different surfaces - asphalt, concrete,
and brick. . .
