[Wichita-SCCA] Heartland Park Announces Road Course ConfigurationChanges

North is left.  The dragstrip is at the bottom, finish is to the right,
tower back by 14.

Apparently the are drivers that feel if they're not going flat out all the
way around, that braking isn't racing, etc.  Oh, we have some of those at
solo events....
