[Wichita-SCCA] Auto-x finish gone wrong

Thanks, Jim.
When I first read that, and saw the pictures, it did seem like poor
safety and design. But from the videos, I don't see how that can be the
issue here. Sure, it would have been better to angle the run off so it
wasn't pointing at the grid, but there was plenty of room. Something is
really wrong with this situation. The driver must have severely
panicked, because there was enough space to recover from a missed pedal.
