[Wichita-SCCA] Last Weekend HPT

A friend in the Porsche club was telling me HPT is charging $75 for RV
hookups and $50 to use your own pit vehicle (mini bike or golf cart). And
they're saying HPT will chase you down to collect the pit vehicle fee.
