[Wichita-SCCA] Last Weekend HPT

I had a wonderful time for my first trip up to HPT. I was really worried
about the weather, since we still had remnants of snow on the ground, but it
turned out to be a really nice day. The Kansas Region did a really nice job,
and kudo's to Ms. Avard for what I understand to be her first (?) chairing
at a solo. I only hope my first time goes as well.  A couple of things I
thought were nice was having a person at the end of the run hand me a sticky
note with my run time. And also the FM broadcast is wonderful for us hard of
hearing drivers. I now anxiously await the results to be posted.
