[Wichita-SCCA] Greyhound

There still needs to be a local election. As I understand it, Sedwick county is in partnership with Sumner county, only one will get the casnio(s) and the other will share in the proceeds. I think the special election will be this summer and gambling will be ready to go next year. I'd bet that Sedwick county will get the casnio, if that's legal and we'll be loosing another autocross site.
