[Wichita-SCCA] Preregistration

As I am listed as a co-chair for this event, I have to say I may not be able
to attend. I will make every effort to be there, and if so, I will need LOTS
of help with it due to my physical limitations. Volunteers are welcome!  :)

Also due to my physical limitations, I will probably not be able to drive in
the event, but would like to offer my car to anybody that would like to
drive it. If interested let me know so I can at least put the proper tires
on it beforehand.
