[Wichita-SCCA] Street Prepared on the street

Greg,

I've often had a problem with the name "Street Prepared" for this class.
The name would seem to indicate that a car in this class is prepared for the
street. But how many SP vehicles are actually driven on the street on a
regular basis? Very few for all the reasons you stated and more. Most show
up to events on either dollies or trailers and rarely actually driven on the
street. I don't have a problem with the rules for SP, just change the name!
