[Wichita-SCCA] Proper towing procedures.

I had similar experience. We have a 79 IHC Scout with a snow blade on 
it. I was traveling through town after a 5 - 8 inch snow, I came across 
a Dodge Station wagon snow bound by the grader. I offered to help and 
cut a path in front of the car, then backed up to it. One of the people 
with the car grabbed my chain and hooked it under the car. I pulled 
slowly and did not move the car, they told me to pop it, I did and the 
chain hit the back of the Scout. The dummy had hooked the hook end of 
the chain to a angle iron cross member, he just hooked over the end, not 
around the cross member. When he told me to pop it the hook cut through 
the bottom end of the angle iron, like a hot knife through butter. I 
loaded up my chain, and wished them a good day.
