[Wichita-SCCA] Proper towing procedures.

This video has been around for couple of years, but it's always good 
for a laugh. When you said tow rope and snow, I was pretty sure I knew 
which video I was going to be seeing.

Besides hooking up to the wrong place on the car to pull it, I like how 
they just keep pulling him farther/deeper into the snow bank, 
compounding the problem.  And then when it sounds like something 
breaks, rather than reassessing where they are pulling from, they just 
pull harder.

  Looks like they need to start teaching physics (common sense?) in high 
school...not that these guys would have likely passed.
