[Wichita-SCCA] Preregistration

When you preregister for an event please be sure that
the e-mail that you give is correct.   Otherwise I
cannot get back with you if there is a problem with
your preregistration.


Also this weekend's event is filling fast.  The first
two heats are already full. So if you have not already
preregistered you will be running in an afternoon heat.
