[Wichita-SCCA] Solo Safety Stewards

As Solo Co-Chair, I just want to say thank you to all
of the Wichita region members who have taken the time
to become Solo Safety Stewards.  Because we have
enough members who have received their Safety Steward
licenses, we have not had a problem with needing to
risk an event due to lack of a steward.  Having said
that we can always use more, so if anyone who is not a
safety steward would like to become one let me or Dave
Geis know and if there is enough interest Dave says
that he can teach a class.
