1.  Just don't forget to plug it in at night. 
 
2.  A toy like this doesn't have to be as practical as a "real" car.  
 
3.  Only time it would be a problem would be if you tried to drive it
across country.  Drive 3 hours, take a loooooonnngg lunch, drive 3 more
hours, turn in for the night.  Repeat 5 times.

250 mile range followed by a 3 hour recharge?

The concept is awesome, the car and its performance are fantastic, but
they've got some more work to do on the engineering side before this
becomes practical.
